Payment Option Policy

Kanvira offers several secure payment methods at checkout:
UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps.
Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express.
Net banking: supported banks.
Wallets
Cash on Delivery: available on eligible pin codes.

Security
Payments are processed by Razorpay which uses industry- standard encryption. Kanvira does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking passwords.

Payment failures
If money is deducted but your order was not confirmed, the amount is normally auto-refunded by your bank or the gateway within 5-7 business days. If it is not, email kanvira.in@gmail.com with the
transaction ID and screenshot.

Prices and taxes
All prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Refunds go back to the original payment method as set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Cash on Delivery terms 

Please keep the exact amount ready. We may call or message to confirm COD orders before
dispatch. Orders that are repeatedly refused or not accepted on delivery may lead to COD
being disabled for that customer
