order details when you place an order, create an account, contact us, join our rewards or
referral programme, or sign up for updates.
Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay.com and our
checkout provider Shopify Inc. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials on our servers.

• Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages
viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring website, and approximate location,
collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, send order updates and handle returns, exchanges and
refunds.
To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
To run our rewards and referral programmes.
To send you offers, product updates and marketing messages by email, SMS or
WhatsApp, where you have agreed or where the law permits. You can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our Website and advertising, including showing relevant ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
To detect and prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to
understand how visitors use our Website, measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
These tools may share information such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchase events, along with hashed contact details (such as email or phone), with Meta. We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
