Welcome to Kanvira. These Terms govern your use of kanvira.in (the "Website") and your purchases from kanvira.in. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to display our jewelry, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography and the handcrafted nature of some pieces. Product details, including materials, dimensions and care instructions, are given on each product page.

3. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time without notice. The price at the time you place the order is the price you pay. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payments
We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Options Policy. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay.com.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping/Delivery Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Rewards and referral programmes
Rewards points, credits and referral benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the programme rules on our Rewards and Refer & Earn pages. We may change or end the programmes, and may cancel rewards earned through misuse or fraud.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Kanvira name, logo, designs, photographs, videos, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to hack or disrupt it, using bots or scrapers, posting unlawful or harmful content, impersonating others, or placing fraudulent orders.

10. Jewelry care
Fashion and fine jewelry can be affected by perfume, water, sweat, chemicals and rough handling. Please follow the care instructions on the product page. Damage caused by improper use or care is not covered by our returns policy.

11. Disclaimer and limitation ofliability
The Website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

12. Third-party services
We use third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, apps). We are not responsible for their acts or delays beyond our reasonable control.

13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, courier disruptions, or network failures.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts  have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept them.
